You are welcome to contact us about:
Installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by writing to the installer and keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and installers who often fall short may be removed. Obamaresponses Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's charges, or act on an installer's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the installer. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
